CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER CHIP COOKIES

INGREDIENTS:
1 2/3 cups flour
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 stick butter, room temperature
1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup Reeses peanut butter chips
DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
2. In a medium bowl combine flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt. Set aside.
3. In a large bowl using a handheld mixer, beat butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes. Scrape down sides of bowl and add eggs, one at a time, until well combined. Add vanilla extract and beat until blended. Gradually add flour mixture and beat until combined. Fold in peanut butter chips. Drop by rounded teaspoons onto prepared baking sheets and bake for 10-12 minutes. Allow to cool 2 minutes, then remove to wire racks to cool completely.

Chocolate cookie with peanut butter chips sound good. The classic combo of chocolate and peanut butter is always good.
